SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Cancellation Prior to Shipment
1) For Self-Pick Up, kindly refer to our office locations & pick up hours.

PICK UP HOURS: MONDAY – FRIDAY, FROM 9AM TO 5PM.
2) Your order will be ready within 1 working day once payment completed, we will inform once ready to collect. Shall there be any changes, please direct contact or WhatsApp us at +6012-792 4131 for re-arrangement.
3) Please provide order number and contact number upon collection for verifications.
4) Order will be auto cancelled if not collect within 3 working days.
Domestic Delivery
We will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address provided during your purchases. Please ensure correct addresses and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order. We do not ship to P.O Boxes and only to valid legitimate shipping addresses. We will not liable in the event of an incorrect shipping address is provided and goods are returned to us. All re-delivery of goods to you will be charged for an associated shipping charges which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:
- West Malaysia (Peninsular) – RM 7.00 for first 3KG, additional RM 1.00 for the following KG.
- East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) – Please contact us for further details before placing order.
We will have a free delivery service (Kuala Lumpur and selected Selangor/Seremban areas) for purchases of RM500.00 and above. If your deliver area is outside this area, additional charges will apply, and will be determined based on the quantity and size of the goods. We will contact you for further information about delivery.
Your paid orders will be shipped out from our office within 1 to 3 working day(s). Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm and over the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday.
Please expect 2-5 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular) and 5-10 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) to receive the order once the shipment is out for delivery.
During peak season / festival periods, delivery may take longer time. We advise you to place order at least 2 weeks in advance before festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc to avoid any late shipment.
Any changes on delivery address are not allowed after payment is made.
We reserve the right to decline delivery of Products to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, in which no prior notification or approval from the customer is required.
